Here are the top 10 ways to steal and create energy.
Creating Energy
-
Cook a great meal – You can love anything into a great meal. Then, when you share it, you not only gain instant energy from the source, you also gain residual energy from the individuals enjoying it.
-
Make music – Whether you are singing a pop hit or an original score energy is being created.
-
Share a happy moment – By sharing time with another you are co-creating energy.
-
Do something you love – If you like it your Soul loves it. Even if that is searching Google, reading a blog or playing a video game.
-
Workout – The energy you expel working out is replenished and gained through endurance.
Stealing Energy
-
Get Violent – Aggression towards another quickly steals their energy. Next time you are yelled at, notice how drained you feel afterwards.
- Prevention: Question the motive. “Why?” Usually this simple response shocks a person out of their anger.
-
Seek Pity – Some of the greatest energy we ever received was from our Mother after getting hurt. If a child gains this energy easily and often, they will continue this behavior into adulthood as an individual who seeks out energy through empathy.
- Prevention: Don’t feed the pity. Know that everyone draws into their life what they need to progress as a being.
-
Act Aloof – When a person hides their feelings or themself from another being they force that person to seek them out. The energy spent finding them physically or emotionally is given away.
- Prevention: Don’t seek them. Let them come back in their own time.
-
Interrogate ideas – If a person is constantly challenging good ideas they are stealing the creator’s energy. Ideas are thoughts and thoughts are pure energy.
- Prevention: Have confidence in Yourself. Every idea has the potential of being challenged; defend your idea with confidence.
-
Use a vice – Eating, smoking and drugs are all energy creators. Unfortunately, with time, each become an addition. Eventually, the object that was used to create energy begins to steal it.
So, how will you gain your energy?
